A gathering of women in business
The AmbitionCollective
A candid space to talk about the real work of building something — and to lift each other up while we do it.
What we're about
No competition. No pretence. Just women who get it, in a room together.
The Ambition Collective began as a quiet idea — that women building businesses deserve a room where the real stuff gets said. No personal-brand performance. Just honesty, generosity, and a really nice meal.
Lifting each other up
Even when we work in similar spaces. Especially then. There's room for all of us.
Candid by design
The difficulties of running a business, as a woman and just generally — said out loud, without the polish.
Real connection
Walk into a room of strangers, leave with friends. That's what people told us, again and again.
How it began
Two gatherings. One unforgettable energy.
Our inaugural event in Leeds in September 2024, followed by a flagship festive lunch in London that December — beautiful venues, inspiring talks, and a roomful of remarkable women. The kind of evenings that change how you think about your week, your work, and the people you want around you.
In their words
"I walked into a room full of strangers and left a room full of friends."
"I once again met so many wonderful people. Such attention to detail in everything, and a beautiful venue too. Today has really set the mood for the holidays."
"This was the first time I've returned home from a business trip more revitalised than when I left. I honestly didn't realise this powerful energy was missing from my life."
"What a fantastic line-up of female founders and entrepreneurs. A real pleasure meeting you all."
"When I'm invited to things like this I often decline, but something told me there would be very special women there — and there were."
"Both my soul and my belly are feeling very full. Spending time with so many phenomenal ladies was a wonderful way to celebrate the year."
"I feel very lucky to be part of such a supportive group. What amazing women."
"The energy and support in the room was amazing. So many ideas buzzing."
"So fortunate to have met you all and have some more amazing people in my life. You have no idea how much it meant."
The door's open again
Shall we do this again?
No grand plans, no commitments — just a gentle question. If there's appetite to get together, I'd love to hear what you'd enjoy. Tell me below.
